ABC 23 News Update 1 5/21/13

A long awaited road improvement project in Somerset County is getting the green light from the Environmental Protection Agency. The Route 219 Project approved as it is proposed clearing the way for one last permit. This portion of the project will upgrade the highway from Somerset to Meyersdale. Now it will be up to the Army Corps of Engineers to issue a permit that is expected to happen later this week.
