Underage drinkers will have to pay more fines if they are caught.  Starting December 24^th first time offenders will be fined 500 dollars that's up from 300 dollars.  Repeat offenders will cost 1000 dollars.   The law was sponsored by Republican State Senator Jake Corman.  He says he will resubmit the bill next month to allow communities with college campuses to impose a 100 dollar fee for alcohol related offenses.
