Still talking, that is the status of the recruitment effort by Centre County Economic Officials in hopes of bringing the computer company Oracle to the area.  They are reportedly eying a site at Penn State's Innovation Park to open an office that could bring up to three hundred new jobs to the area.  The talks have been ongoing for several months.
