It�s an issue that caused a lot of debate in Centre County but now the future of a kennel operation has been decided.  The Centre Daily Times reports the Zoning Board decided Wednesday night that Nittany Greyhounds Rescue Kennel will continue will continue to be able to operate in Halfmoon Township.  Neighbors opposing the decision will have to file an appeal through the Centre County Court of Common Pleas.
