It's now been a week since allegations surfaced against a Franciscan Brother accused of sexually abusing several former Bishop McCort High School students while he worked there in the 90's. Tonight we have learned that Bishop McCort has hired a lawyer to conduct it's own internal investigation. And yesterday we heard from former McCort students who said Brother Stephen Baker was well liked by everyone in the school but they also admitted there was always something strange about his behavior. With allegations surfacing against Brother Stephen Baker Johnstown Attorney Michael Parrish says he has his work cut out for him.
