The State College Police Department is using social media to reach more of the public.  They tweeted out the number of arrests made this weekend.  Four people arrested for DUI and another seven for public drunkenness.  Officers say that's pretty typical for a weekend when the University is in session but hopes to keep the public informed by networking.
