Attorney General On Lottery Deal

Pennsylvania Attorney General has rejected a contract that would allow a British Firm to manage the State Lottery.  The 3.5 billion dollar contract is being sought by Governor Tom Corbett.  Kathleen Kane said Thursday the deal circumvents the State Constitution and is not authorized by law.  Corbett said the 20 year contract would bring in more money for the State.  He said the money would be used for Senior Services.
