It has the neighborhood talking once again.  The third shooting in less than three weeks in the Moxham section of Johnstown.  Police responded to the 700 Block of Highland Avenue saying two people were shot one in the head and one in the knee.  No word on their condition Sunday.  Police are looking for two cars they believe to be involved.  Neighbors responding to the recent string of shootings including on man who is on the Johnstown's Drug and Crime Commission.
