There was extra security Friday at the West Branch Elementary School.  On Thursday, State police say a note was found in a hallway claiming a bomb would be placed in the same hallway.  Students were not allowed to bring backpacks or wear baggy clothing to school.  State Troopers say they were at the school as a precaution.  This is the second bomb threat at West Branch School District in three weeks.
