Police say Jonathan Beal will stand trial accused of killing his girlfriend Justine Jackson nearly 5 months ago. Jackson was found buried along the Great Allegheny Passage in Meyersdale. A preliminary hearing was held Friday. Five people testified. One witness said there had been rumors going around school for weeks about a body being buried along the trail. In two separate instances, Beal allegedly told witnesses that he had killed Jackson. A witness said she didn't to Police because she didn't believe him.
