One of the alleged victims finally slapped Sandusky with a lawsuit while in prison.  A notice was filed on Wednesday, according to the Centre Daily Times.  The victim, only identified as John Doe, alleges he was sexually assaulted by Sandusky is a swimming pool on the Penn State Campus in 2003.  The case, though, likely will not move forward until the criminal cases against the Penn State Administrators is wrapped up.
