It's a debate that's heating up across the country.  Lawmakers talking bans on assault rifles and restrictions on magazine clips.  The Senate Judiciary even approving a measure to reinstate an assault weapons ban becoming the first major Congressional move since 2004 when it expired.  The ban though unlikely to clear the Full Senate.
