Roads are shut down, businesses are closed and people across the region are snowed in after a major winter storm blankets the area with a heavy dose of snow. In Somerset County a full crew of Penn Dot workers have been plowing roads since the snow first started to fall Friday afternoon They are manning the streets in 12 hour shifts, taking care of the main roads first. Amtrak trains have been canceled, as well as flights in and out of the Johnstown airport. Officials don't expect it to re-open until Sunday
