Rendell Must Hold Special Election To Replace Murtha

Mr. Murtha is being remembered across the state and on Capitol Hill as a strong and dependable congressman. Governor Ed Rendell says he leaves behind some big shoes to fill. It will now be up to Rendell to schedule a special election to replace Congressman Murtha. And by law, that has to happen within the next ten days.
