Tonight the death of Penn State student Timothy Pizza is now officially a criminal investigation. He fell down the basement stairs earlier this month. According to a new search warrant that we've obtained the case involving the Penn State student as now been ruled a criminal investigation. The second search warrant in the investigation is being conducted by State College Police. Who are looking to get medical records of Piazza the day the emergency responder's were called to the scene in a toxicology report on when he died. In the documents, it says fraternity brothers told police that he had quote "a little bit of everything to drink. And that he got sick at some point throughout night." He sustained multiple traumatic injuries from falling at the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house on February 2nd the worst being a brain bleed. He was pronounced dead on February 4th by the coroner. He was only 19 years old. Because he was under the legal drinking age of 21, police are looking to see what his blood alcohol content level was. No word yet on criminal charges but we will update you as soon as we get any new information on this investigation.
