14,000 Doses of Heroin were taken off the streets of Pennsylvania just in the past week. In Philadelphia today, the State Attorney General says his office is ramping up the fight on drug dealers. Josh Shapiro said they led three busts this week one in Philidelphia on in Altoona, and one Johnstown. Just in Johnstown they picked up heroin worth $100,000, much of it allegedly stored at a house on Strayer Street. Shapiro says they're just getting started. "This is a fight we cannot afford to lose. We will combat it on the street corners of Pennsylvania, in our board rooms and everywhere else it takes us and we will not lose this battle. " According to the coroner, there were close to 100 overdose deaths just in Cambria County alone last year.
