The fight over the possible consolidation of the Phillipsburg Police Barracks has many concerned with many voicing their concerns at town hall meetings last week. Now Governor Wolf is chiming in trying to ease those concerns. The Governor was in Johnstown visiting the War Memorial today where he talked about a lot of issues and among his reasons for this move is simply trying to become a more efficient state and saving taxpayers' money. "Phillipsburg is you know part of -- I mean also the revenue office here in Johnstown. The people of Pennsylvania I think are asking and I think it's legitimate for all of us at state government to find out if we can give them the services they need and want. But in a more efficient way." While in Cambria County, Wolf talked mostly about the Opioid and Heroin epidemic hoping new guidelines can help.
