Couple On Trial For Spending Money They Thought Was Theirs

The trial for a Blair County couple accused of taking money they thought was theirs, should wrap up today.
Herbert Starbird and his wife were caught off guard when hundreds of thousands of dollars were deposited into their first commonwealth bank account. Apparently when the couple questioned the cash, the bank told them it was not a mistake. Once the Starbirds spent a chunk of the money, criminal charges were filed.
