In Washington, Health Care Reform appears to be headed for a dramatic finish.  Or a slow death.  The next week could be  critical to the long-running debate.  An President Obama has delayed a trip to his boyhood home in Indonesia to make sure his signature Presidential Achievement doesnt fall apart.
