Pint-Sized Life Savers

Reading, writing, and saving lives. A new class is teaching some Cambria county youngsters what to do if someone needs their help.
Students at St. Benedicts in Geistown are now learning life-saving skills and the Heimlich Maneuver. Officials from the American Red Cross have been working with the kids for several weeks, teaching them how to react if they are faced with an emergency or disaster.
