A judge in Centre County has ruled against a Penn State fraternity regarding material seized by police in the death investigation of pledge Timothy Piazza. Beta Theta Pi wanted its video recording equipment returned from the night police said a hazing event there led to Piazza's death. But prosecutors said some of the frat's video equipment has been sent to the FBI to recover more images. Judge Thomas King Kistler ruled Monday that prosecutors are entitled to keep the equipment as evidence.
