An update on a Penn State fraternity hazing case involving the death of a pledge that's drawn national attention. A new court filing appears to push back any possible trial dates until next year at the earliest. Defendants filed motions asking for more details of what they are accused of. The alcohol filled hazing event led to the death of Timothy Piazza. One of the outstanding issues is an camera video held by the FBI. It is very likely there will be additional charges because of that. This week the Centre County president judge issuing an order giving attorneys added time until December 1st to file pretrial motions. All but guaranteeing if a trial or trials are held they won't be before the prosecutor D.A. Stacy Parks Miller leave office at the end of this year.
