More than a month after a Centre County judge dismissed all felony charges in the case surrounding the death of Timothy Piazza, the district attorney has refiled felony charges. District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller refiled felony charges against 11 members of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity Friday. A judge dismissed the felony charges which included manslaughter and aggravated assault, on September 1st. Parks Miller said after the September decision that she would refile some of those charges. In addition to refiling charges Parks Miller said she is asking for different judge to preside over the hearing. A new date has not been scheduled.
