An Osceola Mills man entered a guilty plea Wednesday morning on charges that he severely injured his 3 week old daughter in March. According to the plea agreement Aaron Mills pleaded guilty to numerous charges including eight counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated indecent assault, conspiracy to endangering and endangering the welfare of a child. Mills will serve a minimum of 15 years in prison. Mills must receive an assessment from the State Sexual Offender's Board as the charges are in violation of Meghan's Law. Mills won't be formally sentenced for at least 60 days. The infant's mother, Stephanie McGuire pleaded guilty in September and was expected to testify against Mills. According to police, an examination of the infant on March 1 showed that she suffered broken bones and severe bruising. Officials at Geisinger Medical Center said this was the worst case of child abuse they had ever seen.
