The Federal Aviation Administration is leading an investigation after a small plane crashed in Cambria Township Saturday. FAA officials say the Piper PA-34 aircraft crashed one mile north of the Ebensburg Airport. Four people were trapped inside the plane and had to be rescued, as officials said. The names and the conditions of those involved have yet to be released. The FAA says the National Transportation Safety Board is working to determine what caused the plane to go down. An official with the NTSB said they are monitoring the situation, but don't have anyone on the ground because no one died. The plane crashed in the middle of the woods, which made it tough for 911 dispatchers to find them.
