A preliminary hearing for the second set of charges filed in a fraternity hazing case has been postpone indefinitely. That ruling was issued Tuesday. The hearing will probably not take place now until next year. That could impact the case. The charges were filed after prosecutors said they are recovering new video from the fraternity tied to a hazing event that police say led to the death of Timothy Piazza. Last month incoming DA Bernie Cantora had asked for the State Attorney Generals office to take over that case citing a conflict of intrest.
