A Clearfield County woman is facing multiple charges after photos showed her sleeping next to a 3 year old girl with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia nearby. State police in Clearfield said Melissa Holes is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person and violating the Controlled Substance, Drug Device and Cosmetic Act. Police said the incident took place in December at an apartment in Grampian Borough. According to a criminal complaint, the case was referred to state police by Clearfield County Children and Youth Services. A woman told police she returned to the apartment to retrieve some items on December 17th three weeks after she had started moving out and saw the girl sleeping with Holes in the same bed. The woman told police she saw a small plastic bag containing meth, as well as drug paraphernalia, on a nightstand next to the bed. The woman took several photos at the scene and presented them to officials.
