The Greek Life scorecard for spring 2018 are Now outcome of the scorecards have been in place since the aftermath of the death of Timothy Piazza last year. There were no hazing or sexual assault violations reported in this spring scorecard. This past year was the first time the university has used the scorecards for Greek Life all in order to curb hazing since the death of Timothy Piazza. The Inter-Fraternity Council received 21 violations this spring, they were listed as alcohol or others which include university regulations, disorderly conduct and etc. In 2018 in spring there were more than 4000 active members for Greek Life, out of the 70 chapters, 16 sororities and fraternities are currently suspended, four from last semester, those sororities were for hazing violation march 14, another with alcohol violations on may 3 and for the fraternities, one of them received drug and alcohol violations April 27 and another on may 11 received violations for non-risk chapter management issues. Those scorecards are one of several changes officials are pushing for, the university president along with timothy piazza's father are hoping the scorecards become a national thing for Greek Life.
