Police arrested a man accused of following his estranged wife and threatening her and another person with a knife. Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois said 45-year-old William Koppenhaver Jr., of Penfield, followed his 36-year-old estranged wife and her new significant other Sunday afternoon to the Beechwood golf course in Washington Township. Police say they believe Koppenhaver placed a tracking device on the woman's truck after a witness told officers they saw him under the truck. According to the incident report, Koppenhaver brandished a knife at the woman and her significant other before fleeing the area. Police later arrested Koppenhaver and charged him with terroristic threats, simple assault and stalking, the report states. He was taken to the Jefferson County Jail for arraignment.
