A Penn State student is filing suit in Centre County court against the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and two other students. She claims she suffered severe medical injuries at the T.K.E. frat house in State College in 2017. Victoria Bushman, who was 19 at the time, said the two students, who were also underage, fell onto her during a wrestling contest after they were illegally provided drinks at the fraternity. She said she suffered injuries to her arm and wrist that have required extensive surgery and she had to withdraw from her classes and wasn't able to work. She is seeking at least $100,000 in damages.
