A State College man was sentenced to serve 18 months in prison for income tax evasion, according to a release from the Department of Justice. Officials say Jeremy Snyder, 43, was sentenced on Monday for embezzling over $800,000 from Number One Cycle Center in State College, where he was employed from 2009 to 2016. Snyder failed to pay income tax on the embezzled funds authorities say. In addition to the 18-month prison sentence, Snyder will also serve two years of supervised release, according to officials.
