Ex Penn State coach is due before the Judge at nine in the morning for sentencing. Sandusky was convicted in June of forty-five counts related to the sexual abuse of children. Many of the crimes happened on the Penn State campus. The Judge has a wide range of options when determining his sentence....

After the sentence is handed down then the appeals process can really begin. Under Pennsylvania Law you can't appeal your conviction until after the sentence has been imposed.
