A Cambria County Police Officer took proper action when taking down a suspected gunman with a bullet.  That's the final determination from the District Attorney.  Police say Kevin McGee walked onto the Richland Township Municipal Building Parking lot September 13^th with a loaded shotgun.  Investigators say he was there for one reason, to attack a Police Officer who had arrested him months ago on drug charges.
