The Cambria County War Memorial Authority along with SMG Entertainment now have their 2012-1013 budget between the Memorial and its sister facility, The North Central Recreation Center in Ebensburg, they are fifty thousand dollars in the red.  But could easily be in the black if the local community steps in.  The last thing Cambria County War Memorial Authority Chairman Dean Gindlesperger wants is to ask taxpayers for money.  Dean Gindlesperger says that they are not happy that it is not a balance budget but it is realistic.
