Good news in cash strapped Paint Township.  The Daily American reports Somerset Trust has approved a loan to help the municipality stay afloat.  Township Supervisors are still waiting to hear from First Summit Bank about a loan offer.  First Summit already approved a 75 thousand dollar loan in September.  The township deficit is expected to top 350 thousand dollars by the end of the year.
