The man accused of strangling a Meyersdale woman to death should be back in Pennsylvania soon.  Jonathan Beal ran off to Louisiana after Police say he killed Justine Jackson and buried her body in a shallow grave along the Great Allegheny Passage.  He is not fighting his extradition back to Pennsylvania.  Authorities say they hope to have him back in the next few days.
