The Cambria County Commissioners are still saying they do not intend to raise taxes.  The Tribune Democrat reports Commissioners did not release any specific numbers at Tuesday's meeting but say no drastic changes were made.  The Commissioners did make a slight change in the contract for a health care consulting company, Gallagher Benefit Services.  The company will only be paid a one hundred thousand dollar fee and will not make commission on any money its saves the county in costs.  The 2013 budget will be available to the public on Friday.
