Following the Jerry Sandusky's arrest last year, a commission was formed to take a hard look at Pennsylvania's laws on protecting children.  That commission released five hundred pages of recommendations to state lawmakers on Tuesday urging them to make major changes.  One of the biggest changes is the way the state defines a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse.  The Blair County District Attorney, Jackie Bernard, is on the panel and says the state is not doing enough to make sure children are safe.  She says schoold will be allowed to maintain their own reporting.
