The man police say fired shots at a Richland Township Police cruiser was back in court today for a pretrial hearing.  Police say Kevin McGee taped himself firing a round of shots at the car.  An officer quickly fired back at McGee.  McGee said he opened fire because the world was not working for him and he needed respect.  He remains behind bars at the Cambria County Jail.
