A car theft spree for two teenagers is over, at least for one of them. Overnight, the 17-year-old was captured inside a home in the Moxham section of Johnstown. In a dramatic arrest, which included officers with weapons drawn surrounding a home, and police K-9s, the suspect was taken into custody Wednesday night.
