Altoona Police say a man has been charged for throwing a toilet at officers.
Police say on March 27th, Carlos Ortiz attacked customers and employees at Nic’s Grab n Go on 6th Avenue including punching someone in the face.
When police arrived, they say Ortiz climbed a nearby fire escape of an apartment building where they say he found a toilet on the roof and threw it as well as other objects at the officers.
He was arrested and now faces charges of aggravated assault criminal trespassing and making terroristic threats.
