New details Tonight surrounding a stabbing investigation out of Altoona.
City police say Khalil Daniels Murphy faces charges of aggravated assault and possessing instruments of a crime after stabbing a man Thursday Morning.
Police say it happened at an apartment along 14th Avenue just before 11 am when Daniels Murphy got into an argument with the victim.
The victim was taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment.
He’s is being held at the Blair County prison on a 50 thousand dollar bond.
