A Spring Mills man who pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with 2 children was sentenced Monday.
A judge ordered 72 year old Merdith Baird to spend at least 4 years in state prison with the maximum sentence of 8 years.
The prison sentence would be followed by 3 years of probation.
Baird pleaded guilty in July to one felony count of each aggravated indecent assault of someone younger than 13 and aggravated indecent assault of someone younger than 16.
