A Church in Bellefonte is helping those in need get clothes for free. Many people lack the clothing you need to stay warm this time of year. At the Saint John’s United Church of Christ Clothing Bank, it’s all free to take off the rack. Organizer Cathy Torsell says the Clothing Bank started with two members of the Church around 2017. Torsell says they get donations from all over. The main items they need right now are baby and kids clothes.
They host this Clothing Bank the last two Saturdays of every month.
