Just in time for winter. Plans are underway to set up a new skating rink in a Centre County community, the rink at Belllefonte’s Talleyrand Park would be temporary, with a group of business owners funding the project.
Bellefonte Borough Council approved the project this week. Plans call for the 40 by 60 foot rink to be set up in front of the park’s gazebo.
It is hoped that the new rink will be open for skating within about a month and with Thanksgiving just around the corner
