With the holiday season just around the corner and increased health needs due to the pandemic, health officials were asking the public to roll up their sleeves and give blood today.
The Red Cross’s 12th annual Bleed Blue Blood Drive was held at Beaver Stadium.
Health officials say they’re struggling to get blood for hospitals and they are in need of all types of blood.
