State officials say the election worker who threw-out nine military ballots in Wilkes-Barre made a mistake and didn’t commit intentional fraud.
That didn’t stop a group of people protesting outside the county’s board of elections office, calling for Luzerne County Manager, Dave pedri, to resign.
Dylan Fearon was in the city where protesters say since Pedri is the county’s top official he needs to take the blame.
“Our veterans are fighting for our right to vote and look what happened to their ballots. Well what happened to those nine overseas military ballots they were thrown right in the trash.
But now the states top elections official says it was a mistake not intentional fraud.
