We continue now a small series this month. Johnstown has a big Arts community with a lot of history. Recently, the Community Arts Center of Cambria County held it’s annual *Celebrating a Legacy* event. What started back in 2015 has grown to acknowledge those who have made an impact on the Arts in Cambria County and surrounding areas. This year they honored 3 people: Dr. Rodney Eatman, Sally Fink and Sally Stewart. This week we talk with Sally Fink about her lifelong commitment to a Kaleidoscope of artistic ability.
