The annual online fundraiser Centre Gives opened this morning in Centre County.
Operated by the Centre Foundation donors have a menu of more than 190 charities and non profit organizations they can donate to.
Officials announced that by 4:45 pm Centre Gives crossed over the $1 million threshold total community impact.
“It grows every year,and it been fun to bring in new people who haven’t participated before,and its our tenth anniversary.so that’s really exciting,10 years”
In those ten years more than $10.3 million dollars has been raised.
The Centre Gives Fundraiser continues until Wednesday evening at 9pm.
