Police say a Clearfield County man wanted for sexually assaulting a child was apprehended in Sandy Township Today.
According to court documents Michael Guy faces various charges related to the aggravated indecent assault of a child following an incident last week.
Investigators say they were notified by CYS that a child at Clearfield Elementary School had reported that she had been assaulted by Guy.
Guy is being held at the Clearfield County Prison, with his preliminary hearing scheduled for April 20.
